How to Order

Customers can purchase the Eternal Skincare range of skin care products through the website by selecting the product to purchase in the online shop and clicking the ‘Add to basket’ button.

All payments are authorised through our Sagepay Secure Server. For total Security, your Credit Card / Debit Card details are never held on any system owned or operated by Eternal Skincare.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information. Postage and packaging will be added to your order with the cost depending on the product/s you have ordered and the shipping destination.

We aim to despatch your order within 1-2 working days. From dispatch, please allow at least 5 working days for delivery. Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail, FedEx or UPS. If you are not in to receive your order a card will be left for you to collect your parcel at your local sorting office or arrange re-delivery.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation receipt via email.

Do I need to register to buy online?

We offer two options when buying online. Our Guest Account enables you to checkout without creating an account. Alternatively, you can create an account to help make ordering online from the Eternal Skincare website quicker and easier in the future.

All of our data is stored securely so that when you visit our online shop in the future, you can simply login with your email and password, preventing you from having to complete all of your information each time you shop.

For additional peace of mind, we do not store any payment details within our website.

Which payment methods do you support?

We accept the following credit and debit cards for payment online: Maestro, MasterCard, Solo and Visa. All payment details are securely encrypted and are never stored on our systems.

Shipping Information

Our shipping costs vary depending on the weight and the destination of your order. To calculate the shipping rates for your order, once you are ready to proceed to checkout, please select the shipping destination within the order process.

We ship Eternal Skincare products to most countries.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 90 day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you buy an Eternal Skincare product and you are not completely happy, then send it back to us within 90 days and we will refund the full purchase price minus the postage. You don’t even need to give us an explanation and we will not argue the point.

Forgotten password

If you forget your password, please click the ‘Forgotten your password’ link underneath the account sign in fields where you will be asked to enter your email address. An email will then be sent with a link to reset your password.

Change my personal details, billing and/or shipping address

Changing your billing address is quick and easy online. Once you have signed in, go to ‘Your Account’ and click on ‘Update your profile’. Here you will be able to change your basic information such as name and contact email address, billing information and shipping information.

Changing your password

To change your password, sign in, go to ‘Your Account’ and select ‘Change your password’. Once on the Change your Password page, you will be asked for your old password for security reasons, together with your new password selection and confirmation. Once complete, click ‘Change password’.

View order history

To view your order history, sign in, go to ‘Your Account’ and select ‘Order History’. This page will display an overview of the orders that you have placed, the date, time, products and total cost excluding postage. To view the full breakdown of a particular order, click on the order number on the left hand side.

Unsubscribe from emails

There are two options for unsubscribing from our emails. You can sign in to ‘Your Account’ and select ‘Update your profile’. Here you can deselect the tick box next to ‘Marketing Information – sign up for our enews’.

Alternatively, please click the unsubscribe link within the email that is sent to you. This will take you to a page to confirm that you would like to unsubscribe.
